5 Stars Without Hesitation! - Shonda

5 Stars Without Hesitation! I recently purchased a black 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Fred's Executive Auto, and I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. They easily earned a 5-star rating from me! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone welcomed me like family. The customer service exceeded every expectation. Mike was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never pressured me. He answered all of my questions, explained every feature of the vehicle, and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. I was so impressed that I returned within 24 hours to buy the vehicle. Mr. Q. is an incredible owner who truly cares about both his employees and customers. Mike made sure my Mercedes was beautifully detailed and Logan made sure it was filled with gas, while Oliver helped with my insurance and paperwork. Chase safely delivered my vehicle to my home after its inspection and even took the time to walk me through its features. Everyone worked together to make the entire process smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Not only did I receive an unbelievable deal on my Mercedes, but I also left knowing that Fred's Executive Auto genuinely stands behind its customers even after the sale. After visiting numerous dealerships during my vehicle search, I can honestly say Fred's Executive Auto is the very best by far. Thank you, Mr. Q., Mike, Logan, Oliver, Chase, and the entire Fred's Executive Auto team for treating me like family and making this such an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a quality vehicle and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Fred's Executive Auto without reservation!
