Bought a 2022 GMC 2500 from this dealership. When time came made an apointment for oil change. apointment took 3 hours and no free car wash as mentioned, due to truck being 2500. Also breaks squicking since new and they blew it off. Breaks still sound like crap. Also stood at the counter for over 25 minutes in service department for second oil change with multiple people just walking by or sitting at the service desk and not asking if I need help for second oil change so just left. Shoutout to this dealership! We were traveling yesterday for a mini getaway. This is also during the wind and rain of hurricane/storm Nicole. Shortly after getting on the inte We were traveling yesterday for a mini getaway. This is also during the wind and rain of hurricane/storm Nicole. Shortly after getting on the interstate heading north, a tire pressure warning came on. As we neared Valdosta only about an hour into the trip, we got off an exit to get some food. Unfortunately, it was the wrong food exit but there was a Buick dealership so I decided to see if they could look at my tire. I first went into the front/sales office and was directed to the service department. They said they would be able to look at it for me. The gentleman in the front sales office and then the service department were very nice and helpful. It took a little bit as some service employees were at lunch but they got it looked at. I ended up having a nail in the tire so they plugged it and we were on our way. So thankful they were able to look at and fix the tire. And thankful I stopped, before anything else happened driving on the interstate. Thank you for the kind and helpful employees at Prince Buick of Valdosta! More

Hi I have had a great experience with the service department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a bat department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a battery , the ends just needed tighting up. They were very busy on a friday just before closing but they did not rush me. It was very nice so I called today for a oil change. They were again able to work me in and took their time to check everything. They drove me back to work and the price was lower than quoted. The driver was very friendly, (sorry I didn't get his name). The service man on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. The only thing, It was raining when I picked up my car and it was not pulled up under the sally port for me. I will recommend this place and I will be back again. Thanks Nancy More
