We took our 4500 Ram to have several recalls worked on this summer. I called to arrange the work the first time and the person I spoke to had to check on the parts and said he would call back, After 3-4 this summer. I called to arrange the work the first time and the person I spoke to had to check on the parts and said he would call back, After 3-4 days I had not gotten a return call so I called. The person admitted he had forgotten about it. So then he did check on the parts and we arranged the day with them making sure they had the parts needed to do this work. This truck is the primary vehicle for our business so it is difficult to find a day to take it in for service. We took the truck in at 8am the morning of the appointment. As soon as we left the dealership my husband received a call from them saying that the check enginge light was on (which is was not when we dropped it off) and that they wanted to check several other things. My husband told them just to do the recall work. We arrived back at 5pm that day and the truck had never been touched for any of the work. Needless to say how upset we were. We could not leave the truck another day as it was needed for our business. I am so unsatisfied with this dealership and with Ram. We also have a 3500 truck that has several recalls as well. It is unbelievable about the lack of professioalism this dealership has shown and the amount of recalls on these two vehicles. More
