If I remember correctly, employee of the year (of of the month ?), and friendly with female customers (or similar), among others. When meeting him, it was easy to understand why he had deserved those, and probably more. With his polite and welcoming, while professional attitude, he was the most convincing ambassador for his company. He correctly sensed what our needs were, and helped us to an attractive deal. The car arrived quickly. The only issue was the car arrived with moderate paint damage. But BMW of San Antonio helpfully sent me cash to cover the majority of the paint damage, so that’s good. There are still a few gravel dings here or there, including chips in the windshield that should have been reported to me before payment, but overall I’m satisfied. A few days later I took my vehicle to get washed and the service department scratched the hood of my vehicle. A salesman helped me as Mr. Garcia was off that day but he was available by phone and assured me he would assist in getting it taken care of. Before I left, I had an appointment for the next week. When the work was done my vehicle looked like new again. Mr. Garcia went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of and was being assisted while he was off. His customer service was above and beyond the norm. I would recommend him to others in the market to purchase a BMW. More
