We were asked to sit down at his desk, while he was finishing some other business before appearing to meet us, and so we had the opportunity to glance at some of the prizes / distinctions that he had won. If I remember correctly, employee of the year (of of the month ?), and friendly with female customers (or similar), among others. When meeting him, it was easy to understand why he had deserved those, and probably more. With his polite and welcoming, while professional attitude, he was the most convincing ambassador for his company. He correctly sensed what our needs were, and helped us to an attractive deal.
