Worst Experience Ever! When I got there to test drive the vehicle, I couldnt due to the key was missing. Justin had to wait for the spare key be taken out of their safe. Justin promissed to track down the other key and if the key was not found; he would order me one. The buying process was long due to were no loan officer available to do the paperwork even though I was already approved at my bank and Justin having multiple customers. After 1 hour and half, finally saw Mr. Garret which he tried to rush me through the paperwork several times. Go to find out he had the wrong VIN number on all the paperwork so I was called to come back to redo the paperwork. 45 days later I get an email from Taylor Garret to come back to the dealership to sign another form in order for the dealership to apply for my registration. At this point, I voiced my concerns to Justin and Taylor and they both assured me that this was the last of the paperwork and that I should have my license plates within a 5 working days and that they will be overnighted. I had told them that I would not miss anymore work due to their ineficiencies. 10 working days later, I called Justin and Taylor with no success. Finally got a hold of a manager ( Josh Barraza) and he tried to blame me for not signing the paperwork correctly. I was are you kidding me. The paperwork is prefilled and all I had to do is sign and date. Finally got my registration but no key. Now Im waiting for the dealership to order one. More
It was great! Very good experience, I went to see a car that I saw on the internet and it was sold when I gor there. But I found another one that worked fine. I purchased 2 cars in one week but next time i’ll try austin. More

Best Car buying experience I’ve ever had Salesman treated me great, showed me exactly what I asked for. Even after the purchase was completed, the manager found a few small dents and offered Salesman treated me great, showed me exactly what I asked for. Even after the purchase was completed, the manager found a few small dents and offered to have them repaired for free! Salem’s followed up with me many times to ensure I was happy with my purchase. That is great customer service. More
