Terrible experience with finance This was my first time buying a brand new car an my experience with finance when I chose NOT to buy all of the extra options the atmosphere changed. The persons demeanor and attitude towards me was awful and I almost walked away from the entire transaction. BMW X-5 Purchase Purchased a 2017 BMW X-5 CPO but found out that unbeknown to the dealer the car had some significant body and paint work on the front. The Manager up Purchased a 2017 BMW X-5 CPO but found out that unbeknown to the dealer the car had some significant body and paint work on the front. The Manager upon investigating confirmed the damage/repair but the paperwork had not yet crossed over to where they knew in the Sales Office. Cancelled the transaction and asked me if there was another X-5 I was interested in. Reviewed the other CPO vehicles but did not find any that had the features I wanted. Yvonne helped with the purchase of a new X-5 and I now have an immaculate 2018 model. More
