Granddaughters first car We had been looking at several dealership for a car for my granddaughter. Those experiences were not pleasant. My granddaughter thought car salesmen were too pushy. Fortunately for us We found a car listed on the internet at BMW San Antonio. We met with salesman Steven Page. Our experience could not have been any better. Steven was very helpful and insightful salesman who truly seemed interested in our situation. He immediately put my granddaughter at ease and made the experience a joyful and experience. I have bought many cars before and have never said that about any dealership. We also met with Sales Manager Taylor Garrett and experienced the same thing, helpful, attentive and interested. I would highly recommend and have been recommending to my colleagues to go by and pay BMW San Antonio a visit. I'm Just Window Shopping "I'm just window shopping…" That was my response when Mr. Biju Pillai approached me at BMW of San Antonio to ask what had caught my eye. I was looking "I'm just window shopping…" That was my response when Mr. Biju Pillai approached me at BMW of San Antonio to ask what had caught my eye. I was looking at SUV's. At the time my current vehicle was getting old and up there in the milage department. Biju was polite and friendly and took the time to talk to me about what I was in the market for. I was still, "just window shopping". Then he brought my attention to a beautiful Space Grey X3, it had all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. And… it was a few thousand dollars less in cost than the original vehicle on which I had my heart set. We had only to take it for a test drive and I was captivated. But, remember, I was just window shopping. I had been toying with the idea of trading in my car and getting into something newer and a little prettier. Biju seemed to have read my mind. He walked me through the buying process as thought he was teaching me the steps of a dance. It was fun and exciting and a little bit nerve wracking! Was I really about to take the plunge? After all, I was just window shopping. Biju articulated the value and aesthetics of this beautiful machine with such a strong sentiment, that I became a convert. So on a somewhat lazy Saturday afternoon, I had the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. The entire team was courteous and wonderful, but it was Biju that went the extra distance to make sure that I left happy. On a somewhat lazy Saturday afternoon, when I was just window shopping, I ended my day with a drive home in my BMW X3! More
