My wife and I made an appointment to test drive a BMW X5 we were interested in. I called in and spoke with Jorge, who made an appointment with us for later that day. We arranged childcare and my wife and I we were interested in. I called in and spoke with Jorge, who made an appointment with us for later that day. We arranged childcare and my wife and I coordinated from our jobs to arrive early. We waited 25 minutes to speak to Jorge, who told us he was now busy with another customer. We ended up waiting an hour until the dealership was closing before we finally gave up and left. An honest heads up on the conflict would have been appreciated, and at no point were we checked on by the various other staff loitering around. This was a very disappointing experience and I will seriously question coming back despite being a life long BMW owner. More
