The staff was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We test drove and purchased a used vehicle. It was a very smooth transaction, as we paid cash. For whatever reason what should’ve be knowledgeable. We test drove and purchased a used vehicle. It was a very smooth transaction, as we paid cash. For whatever reason what should’ve been a 30 minute transaction turned into a 3 1/2 hour stay, as we waited for the vehicle to be detailed and for the fuel to be topped off. I did not see anyone else purchasing a car as it was an early Saturday morning. It seems like a newly purchased vehicle would be made a priority so that the customers could be on their merry way quickly. If not for this ridiculously long wait I would’ve rated the dealership five stars. More
