Poor communication to me. Dropped my car off for a vehicle check and kept my car for 4 days without telling me they were going to keep my car. Asked to speak to advisor on the third day, waited an hour and he never showed up. Vehicle check warning/light/notification did not get cleared from my vehicle. Still says it needs to be done.
