Drop off for service was cumbersome, time consuming. Pick up was even more so. Porters, cashiers, extremely rude and could not answer simple questions. My vehicle always gets food service. Unfortunately this time my service rep was slow to respond d didn't give me updates on my vehicle unless I called.
