5 stars for my SERVICE ADVISOR, ALAMD! Yesterday, I was scheduled for oil change for my 328i BMW and I am very happy that Alamd, my service advisor explained very well the things that I Yesterday, I was scheduled for oil change for my 328i BMW and I am very happy that Alamd, my service advisor explained very well the things that I have to do with my car. In the video, there were a bunch of issue with my car and in simple terms he was telling me what does it do to my car... but there were 2 major things that he emphasized that I need to do for my car besides the oil change and that is the oil plug that for some reason got messed up by the person who was fixing it before so they have to replace the OIL PLUG so they can conduct an oil change for my car. Another one was the DRIVE BELT, also needs to be replaced because it wasn't in a good condition anymore and he was showing it to the video where the belt was coming apart. Also, Alamd offered a deal for 3+ more years of oil change from them for just $225 that will cover the oil change from that day (yesterday) and 3+ more years. I took it because it was a very good price and I know that they will take care of my car unlike the previous person/company did. Lastly before I took off, I asked for his advice on whether I needed to replace 4 of my tires or if I can just replace 2 of my tires because one of the tire specialists told me that my tire has a bubble. And Alamd recommended me to just replace that 1 tire because all of my other tires are perfectly good and will last me for a year more. I told him I work for Costco and he immediately told me that I can replace 2 of my tires, keep the 1 tire for backup for if anything happens or if 1 tire has a bubble again, I have a backup at home. Overall, it took me a couple of hours to wait because of the changes we have to decide for the car but it was all worth it because it was for my safety and for the benefit and maintenance of my car.
