Amazing service as always. Was quick to response and provide update of my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and by late afternoon it was done. Was quick to response and provide update of my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and by late afternoon it was done. More

Kristen was a big help. I had a seamless experience in taking care of the recall on my 540. She is so easy to work with. Customer service was great, and service advisor was very helpful. As always, it’s nice waiting in the waiting area with coffee, snacks and the new BMW and Mini vehicles to admire. helpful. I bought my car there. The salesperson was honest, professional, helpful, never pressured me for more options, and helped me PPF it through their partner finisher (the PP The salesperson was honest, professional, helpful, never pressured me for more options, and helped me PPF it through their partner finisher (the PPF manufacturer own installer and best in the city in that profession from independent reviews), overall a seamless buying process. I brought it back for service as I had a tire issue (under extended tire and wheels warranty), a sensor issue and a connectivity issue. There was a fender bender-provoked internal damage, just a wire disconnected, they charged me for removing the bumper and inspecting the inside, but no charge for reconnecting the wire, and no charge for anything else as all covered under warranty. My service adviser gave me a realistic expectation of the service time, called me before engaging in chargeable work (removing the bumper, see above), and surprised me favorably with a delivery earlier than expected. My loaner was parked with a full tank of gas waiting for me upon dropping my car off, and the resident "genius" helped me verify that the connectivity issue was resolved upon pick-up. All in all, another seamless experience. More
