My wife’s 2022 bmw with 16000 miles drivers door panel clips separated from the door , took in for warranty repair and was sent a nasty derogatory video from technician stating that we forcefully tried to clips separated from the door , took in for warranty repair and was sent a nasty derogatory video from technician stating that we forcefully tried to remove the door panel due to a broken clip , we do not ever try to work on our car nor would have no reason to ever take the door panel loose , they would not cover it under warranty, my wife called service write and he argues and yelled at my wife telling her we tried to force the panel off the door , my wife at that point was afraid to return to the dealer to pick up her car so we both went to get car , mind you my wife car is her baby and very clean and why would be ever mess with the door panel besides opening and closing the door. So I told wife I’ll call general manager as the service manager was not helping the situation with a 1500 dollar repair for a vehicle still under factory warranty and to no surprise left message with general manager and no call back , I’m just wondering how many other people just roll over and pay a bill for a repair that is under warranty. To sum it up after arguing with service manager and paying for a alignment they said we needed at 10,000 miles and a dealership with lacking care and knowledge in the service area and to be argued with over something so little as door panel clips and a general manager who has a assistant that apparently didn’t relay the message I left on her voice mail during business hours so at this point I will buy our next bmw from Austin!!! The dealership is clean and this time I give them a perfect score because of my service advisor, he is very friendly and non judgmental. The only thing I kind not to like is the price of services it’s perfect score because of my service advisor, he is very friendly and non judgmental.
