Customer service is wonderful and workmanship is very good. However, beware of the 3% fee that they charge just to use a credit card. I found this to be very tacky for a luxury car repair garage. I am new to the area and was not familiar with the “recent change”. It was listed on a super small sign at the checkout counter and in the fine print of their contract, but not mentioned to me when I handed my credit card over. My service bill was over $4,000, so that 3% was not insignificant. It’s disappointing to see this practice from what I thought to be a professional service shop. Otherwise, the customer service I received was top notch. Just disappointing to see this fee added to what is the most common form of payment. Credit card customers shouldn’t be penalized, and many customers might not be able to pay cash/check/debit due to the high cost of service for these vehicles…adding another fee on top of that is adding insult to injury. A suggestion to the dealership: if you MUST charge that 3% to the customer for using the most common payment method, build it into your costs. Then offer a 3% discount if paying with cash/check/debit. More
I never have a good experience with my service technician. My mechanic was excellent though, he was very clear in video and I appreciated that. Also my loaner vehicle was horrible. Y’all should be trying to upgrade me. Now I’ll be going to another dealership to buy a newer vehicle. Ryan Mararac just started my experience poorly. More

when it’s time to report a issues . upper management do care are show no concern in the situation. they need better management and one is going to be fair for the customers not just for upper management do care are show no concern in the situation. they need better management and one is going to be fair for the customers not just for the workers because if it wasn’t from the customers they wouldn’t be making money but at the end of the day they’re very unprofessional and I’ll never do business with them again if I have to I would drive out of town to deal with another BMW store if that’s what I have to do even when you call corporate you do a complaint they get back with you whenever they want to so all the way around just do what they want to do until you put it on the news or go viral with it maybe they’ll show some concern More
