this dealership is fill of snobs and people that think they are better than others. if they can’t help someone interested in a vehicle they have other than bmw’s, maybe they shouldn’t take other vehicles they are better than others. if they can’t help someone interested in a vehicle they have other than bmw’s, maybe they shouldn’t take other vehicles in on trade. other vehicles attract blue collar workers like myself, and then we go in to look, and get stared at ! this is one of many bad reviews i will write More
We met Gabriel Martinez in March of 2022 and he assisted us in placing an order for a new BMW. Gabriel was great to work with, and the made entire process easy - and he kept us updated on the status of our us in placing an order for a new BMW. Gabriel was great to work with, and the made entire process easy - and he kept us updated on the status of our order and expected delivery date. We just returned BMW of San Antonio to work with Gabriel again in November of 2022 and purchased two more new BMWs. This time we were less clear on precisely what we wanted, but Gabriel was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through our selection / decision process. Thanks again Gabriel!!! We appreciate your thoughtful assistance. More
At first, it looked like it was going to be the very best car buying experience of my life; then, it all turned to mush. We had ordered a new 2023 BWM, which was still on the ship to Galveston Texas. My tr car buying experience of my life; then, it all turned to mush. We had ordered a new 2023 BWM, which was still on the ship to Galveston Texas. My trade in was a newer car which would have accounted for half the value of the new vehicle. I had stipulated in no uncertain terms that while the trade in was paid off, I didn't have the title. "Not a problem!" said the salesman, "you can just pay the fee of $250 and we will take care of it." We patiently waited for the car, but I figured that I could get the title for far less than $250 on my own. Since the car was on a ship for another week, why not pay $5 at the DMV. Problem was that my title was in Virginia even though the car was registered in TX now. We had to contact the financing company to get the title; I did and they sent me the wrong one!!! I tried again, but it never came in time and I figured, no problem, we will pay the $250. We arrived to find out new BMW gift wrapped at the showroom. My wife was thrilled to see her new car and my kids were elated as well. She looked spectacular. All of the details in terms of price matched up, but suddenly the salesman asked, what about the title? Do you have it? I explained that I'd pay the $250 but my car's title was a Virginia title and not a Texas one. I gave the salesman the emails of the finance company showing my trade was paid off. I asked them to call the company if they needed to check. They kindly informed me that they would not release the new car until the title issue was taken car of. "We can do all of the paperwork, you'll just need to come back". My reaction was "xxx???". Of course then the GM was nice enough to come and explain the reasons behind the decision. After all a simpleton such as me could not possibly understand something when explained three times by a salesman. I need the big boss to repeat this to me again, because it will probably sink in at that point. I was furious and rightfully so. Give me the full circus and then pull the rug from under me won't you? Better yet, do it to my wife and kids while you are at it. I requested that they give me back the $1500 non refundable deposit and, to their credit, they didn't fight me on it at all and refunded the money at once. I pray that as the economy takes a dive they will look back and regret passing on good sales such as mine. When the lots are full and no one is buying a car, perhaps this level of intransigence will disappear. I doubt it. After all, I bought a mid range car and they have people lining up. But one can still hope, right? Highly disappointing to say the least, but, then again, is that always the case at the dealership? UPDATE: You know you're dealing with professionals when they reach out and: 1. Own up to the mistakes that were made. 2. Tell you that they will make it right. 3. Follow through. We drove our brand new BMW home this evening. The crew at San Antonio BMW worked their tails off to sort things out. They could have sold the car easily, but they held it without even knowing if I'd be willing to follow through. Well done gentlemen and thank you! More

I am located in Naples, FL and finding a white 2018 BMW 3 series with manual transmission and low milage is like finding a needle in a haystack but I was able to find it at BMW of San Antonio through cars.com Both Chris Lee & Rob Silva have been great to work with as we ironed out the details of the transaction. Super friendly, responded to texts or phone calls quickly in a very timely manner. I appreciate their attention to detail with the specific questions I asked about the vehicle. More

He told me it would take about 3 months to get the car. When I placed the order with a guy named Josh, he told me it would take about 3-6 months to get the car. No big deal. As I was following the production of the car online, I noticed it wasn't moving from stage 1. When I inquired, I was told the car wasn't going into production until May. May? Jorge said we were talking about a different car when he gave me those timelines. BS! Very disappointing! Not a very high level of integrity. I've tried to call and email Jorge over the past two weeks and he hasn't responded. Nothing! Not a peep! If you're going to use this BMW dealership, beware of what they tell you and know this salesman will only tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale and he will not call you back or respond to your emails.
