I never felt this way with Oscar—he always kept it real, professional, and genuine. This realness is one of the main reasons I chose to purchase a car 1,800 miles away from home. I took my car in in July for a starter issue. Since the replacement i had some engine trouble. Then today my engine caught fire. Update: they are now saying oil leaked onto the exhaust manifold.. Which is on the far passenger side and caused a fire on top of the motor... I guess by quantum mechanics. Contacting the NHTSB and my attorney since BMW doesnt want to correct their mistake. More
