Average. Not great. Set an appointment with all my needs (rental car) but upon arrival, started from scratch. Took >30 minutes from start to finish which could have been shorter had the advisor been prepare (rental car) but upon arrival, started from scratch. No covers used in car by staff despite current pandemic, thus, had to wipe my car down. other dealerships use plastic seat and steering wheel covers. More

I have purchased cars from Audi and Mercedes Benz. These two dealerships had amazing sales and customer service staff. This BMW purchase experience was quit disappointing for me. He made me feel like he was irritated with the whole process. I do appreciate him staying late to accommodate the sale. However, if I had known I was going to be treated that way I would have waited or gone elsewhere. The lady that appraised my car was very nice and helpful.
