I waited 45 min the service drive for a service advisor to attend to me. I had to get off of my X5 and ask what was the reason for the delay. I was not expecting to have to wait so long. 4 other customers to attend to me. I had to get off of my X5 and ask what was the reason for the delay. I was not expecting to have to wait so long. 4 other customers arrived and where promptly attended to. The explanation given to me by the service manager was “they probably had appointments.” Once I arrived at 15:55hrs no one every followed up with me or communicated what was going on. Until 16:30hrs that I finally got off my SAV upset. Alamd Rosario my service advisor did an excellent job at service recovery. I was dissatisfied with the explanations given to me by the service manager I spoke with, Albert Saenz. More

Average. Not great. Set an appointment with all my needs (rental car) but upon arrival, started from scratch. No covers used in car by staff despite current pandemic, thus, had to wipe my car down. other dealerships use plastic seat and steering wheel covers. More
