I recently bought a used 2015 Audi A3 from BMW of San Antonio. The dealer that took advantage of us was V. “Coach” Markovich. This vehicle was being sold as-is with no warranty; however, the deale San Antonio. The dealer that took advantage of us was V. “Coach” Markovich. This vehicle was being sold as-is with no warranty; however, the dealer would do a “multi-point” inspection of the vehicle for $150 prior to making the purchase decision. I looked the car over for any obvious dents, leaks, crash evidence, etc. The only issue I saw were the tires were old and needed to be replaced. While I was looking the car over the dealer kept making comments like this a good car in great condition and that the only thing it seemed the car needed was new tires. I decided to take the car on a test drive. While on the test drive a loud noise humming noise was coming from the rear of the car. The dealer, who was sitting in the back seat, kept saying that it was related to the tires and once they were changed the noise would go away. Also, during the test drive the check engine light was on. After the test drive I elected to pay the $150 for BMW to do the inspection. This way I could make an informed decision about what issues the car really had. They completed the inspection and the report came back with minor issues. The only annotations they made stated, “Check engine light on”; “Engine oil pan leaking”; “A/C mildly cool”; and “Consistent w/age and miles” (for a 5 year old vehicle, the issues found through Audi’s inspection are not consistent with age and mileage). Everything else was marked “Checked and OK at this time”. Based on this report provided by a certified mechanic at BMW of San Antonio, I decided to purchase the car. I immediately replaced all 4 tires. The loud humming noise from the rear that the dealer said were related to the tires was not resolved by replacing the tires. I scheduled service with Audi Dominion to do a full diagnostic check related to the check engine light and oil leak from the dealer report. After the Audi Dominion finished their inspection, I was provided with an estimate of over $11,000 for the actual repairs that are needed for the vehicle. I feel that BMW of San Antonio was completely Page 3 of 3 dishonest and deceptive with the true issues with car. I have both reports from BMW of San Antonio and Audi Dominion. Additionally, I have a video walk through with Audi Dominion that clearly shows the issues with the car. The issues are so obvious in the video that if a truly qualified mechanic from BMW of San Antonio did a full “multi-point inspection” on this vehicle they would have found these issues and reported them. However, I feel they failed to disclose the true issues to complete the sale. More
I took my BMW to the service center to get a diagnostic check for a drivetrain malfunctions alert. After 6 hours they told me I needed a new battery and new tires and that there was a recall for a child s check for a drivetrain malfunctions alert. After 6 hours they told me I needed a new battery and new tires and that there was a recall for a child safety latch. I bought the battery and they installed it and sent me on my way. I asked the service advisor Luis Cotto if he had fixed the recall, to which he replied via text in all caps THE RECALL NO! The manager Albert said they would run another diagnostic and see if they could fix it because the error could be a hundred things. I figured the diagnostics machine could pin point the error! Do not come here it’s a scam and a rip off!! More

Overall my experience was very good. The doors were propped open due to Covid 19 and all the staff that had interactions with people were wearing their masks; I really appreciated seeing everyone doing propped open due to Covid 19 and all the staff that had interactions with people were wearing their masks; I really appreciated seeing everyone doing their part. The highlight of my experience was working with Oscar Garcia in sales. With COVID 19 going on, I was a bit skeptical about going through the buying process over text, but he was a very hard worker and respected the deal we came to over text once we were in person, no smoke and mirrors that I heard about from other dealerships. Throughout the time we spent talking about the purchase he was very respectful, patient, kind, and informative. He is a very good communicator. The finance office was also very efficent. Once I finally got to Rolando's office he worked with me quickly to find a loan term that fit what I had in mind. Overall I appreciated their walkthrough and attentiveness from start to finish. I would definitely work with them again. More
