Family bought a very used car that should never have been sold at a new car dealership. It was the type that should have been on a buy here pay here corner lot. The General Manager refused to consider fixi sold at a new car dealership. It was the type that should have been on a buy here pay here corner lot. The General Manager refused to consider fixing any of the many things that were obviously wrong with it when we drove it off the lot...choosing instead to hide behind paperwork we signed saying it was sold as is. I got it. AS IS. But this dealership knew the front brakes needed replacing and that a CV boot was torn in addition to other items that should have been a flag to not sell the vehicle. Overally, very disappointed that the dealership made no attempt at all to keep me as a customer. More

When I walked into finance, the figures were exactly what had been discussed beforehand. That level of honesty is rare and incredibly appreciated. Cassandra and Steve worked extremely hard to make this deal happen, and it shows. The way they treat people genuinely makes a difference. We stopped by to take a quick look at the Hyundai Santa Fe. We walked in and asked the receptionist to introduce us to a salesman. Steven Davis walked up, greeted us and took us out to look at a Santa Fe. Since it was rainy we chose not to drive it. We were in no hurry to purchase, just window shopping. About a week later we were in the neighborhood and stopped by to drive a Santa Fe. Steven was there and allowed us to drive one. We weren't intending to buy for another few weeks but did want to have our trade appraised. A few numbers back and forth and they ended up offering us a deal we could not refuse. They actually gave us the high end of KBB trade value. That never happens! The entire process was great. Easy, no pressure, and a fair deal. Finance also went smooth with no surprise add-ons. I highly recommend you give Steven and Principle Hyundai in Boerne a shot at earning your business. You'll be glad you did! More
