Different than any other car buying experience! I’ve bought 3 cars from a dealer in my life and this was the smoothest, easiest, most comfortable experience. I went in expecting the service I had gotten at every other dealership (which was not good at all) and I was pleasantly surprised! Luke was very nice, so helpful, patient, and not pushy at all. At one point he even asked me if I was sure this is what I wanted which meant a lot. It wasn’t just a sale, he wanted us to be truly happy with our purchase. Within the next couple days I had a follow up call from him and from one of the managers to make sure everything was still perfect. I’ve already referred people who I know are looking to him.
