Principle is Your Car Buying Destination *EDIT - The battery in my car died 6 days after I drove it off the lot. It was a used vehicle. This should probably be a priority during inspection to check the shelf life. It was an unexpected expense. Otherwise the car is in good shape after it's new service inspection. When you go to Principle, ask for Sandeep. On top of his ability to put you at ease, he knows his vehicles. Sandeep supports you through the process without being pushy or pressuring. It was a great experience. I love my new car. More

Heard good things - they were true! I was in the market and was referred to Sandeep Soni for help. I was comparing cars and had not seen new Toyota's yet. Sandeep spent about half a da I was in the market and was referred to Sandeep Soni for help. I was comparing cars and had not seen new Toyota's yet. Sandeep spent about half a day with me, patiently walking me through the cars I had in mind and the various packages/features, which I really appreciated. Once we started talking about current promotions I was set! The dealership as a whole was clean, and anyone walking by me would say hello. Great Car Buying experience First off: Erica was super nice and helpful during the whole process! Like most people I started looking online. Using Cars.com, I found that the First off: Erica was super nice and helpful during the whole process! Like most people I started looking online. Using Cars.com, I found that they had a nice used Ford Focus with low miles so I emailed them about the price to see how much room to move they had. That one did not work out, but Erica sends me a text message that they just got a new shipment in. She went out to the lot and took like 12 pictures of all the cars inside and out and sent them to me. They said they could do get the price down to what I wanted to spend. I drove down there and took it for a test drive around the lot because it had not been serviced yet. We then went in and worked on the numbers, they gave me a price for a trade in that was $800 more than any other place. They got the price down to what I needed it to be and didn't high pressure me to spend more. In the end, I would recommend Erica and Principle Toyota to my friend and family. More

This was my first time ever buying a car and they made sure I understood everything during the process. I want to thank Sandeep especially because he helped me buy my first (dream) CAR! A Brand New 2017 White Toyota Rav 4 Limited Edition with all the "Bells and Whistles"-Sandeep. LOL! He was fantastic and funny! Also, I'd like to thank Walker Stahnke who took extra time to walk me through the "logistics" and explained the different benefit packages that were available to me. He also was very nice to grab a few CD's of mine that I left behind in my old car and kept them for me until I could pick them up. I 100% recommend purchasing a car at Principle Toyota.
