She listened to what I wanted, then took me around the lot to show me various RAV 4's that met my Sales person, April Haynie was very patient with me. She listened to what I wanted, then took me around the lot to show me various RAV 4's that met my criteria. She knew all the features and explained them in such a way that it was not overwhelming. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was professional, and not the least pushy. The sale was quickly finalized, with all paper work completed, which is a huge bonus, IMO.
