Excellent! I love my Rav 4 It was time for service but I didn't have an appt. Greg met me at my car, He gave me estimate of wait and told me they would get me in as quickly as It was time for service but I didn't have an appt. Very Pleasant I took my truck in for an oil change, and when I walked into the waiting room, I began to worry about the wait. It was packed. Though more came in over time, the flow was steady in people leaving, too. The staff was so friendly, even passing out snacks at one point. This is my third time going into the service department, and I have never been to a dealership where they pretty much get you out in a timely manner. Great folks. More
