A Matter of Principle I came to Principle Toyota after a horrible experience at another local (non-Toyota) dealership. I was disheartened after spending hours at the other I came to Principle Toyota after a horrible experience at another local (non-Toyota) dealership. I was disheartened after spending hours at the other place dealing with a finance manager who gave us the run around. I came to Principle and was greeted by salesperson Stacy Kilgore and left the lot driving a "smack brand new" 2016 Toyota Camry that we had seen discounted online. My experience with Stacy was wonderful. She was indefatigably patient, transparent, and honest about my options. I also appreciated that at Principle, the salesperson submits your query to the finance office and comes back with their response. This feels less intimidating than the way some other dealerships handle their sales. I highly recommend Stacy. I felt like I was simply involved in a conversation about my needs in a car rather than being preyed upon by a relentless dealer. My son has purchased two vehicles at Principle. I highly recommend this dealership and Stacy Kilgore. She is a jewel!!! More
