When we pulled on your used car lot, we surveyed a couple options, not even considering the BMW X5 would be an option but asked the sales associate, Jason to look into it and Aaron came over and pleasantly spoke with us. We left and within a couple of days, received a call that things looked good and to come in and discuss. The best dealership experience I've ever had. My wife and I were camping in Tennessee when we realized we were nearing the 5,000 miles mark on our 2015 Prius. I called Principle Toyota and explained we were from out of state but asked if we could bring our car in for the maintenance check. We got an appointment for the next day. When we got to the dealership we were met by Stan Rush from the service department. To say he was pleasant and helpful would be the understatement of the year. He was amazing! It was the best experience with a dealership representative my wife and I have ever had. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, patient with our questions and respectful. He has made us even bigger fans of Toyota than we already were. Even though we live out of state, we will be thinking Principle Toyota in Tennessee when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase. That's due to the wonderful treatment we received from all at Priority, but in particular, Stan Rush. More
