They made me wait an hour to give me the same deal as the internet for a new vehicle and wanted to charge me extra to install rear camera on their used versions (why did they feel the need to waste my time?!). Then I went to Principle Toyota and had the opposite experience. They were not condescending, got me what I wanted, we agreed on a reasonable price quickly and they beat my credit union financing. I bought the car quickly without the games. They were all friendly, helpful and professional. Steve has even followed up to be sure I am having a good experience with my new Venza! More
