When I got in the car the next morning the light was on again. They discovered that a nail was in my tire. I believe it was probably in there when I dropped my car off the day before. While I have no ill intent toward the Service Administrator, it was very frustrating that after spending nearly $500 for service and leaving my car at the service center for an entire day, to have to return to the service center to see why the light was on again. I am a widow and, to a certain degree, I depend on Toyota to properly service the car that I purchased from there. My expectation is that a THOROUGH inspection and care will be provided during each visit. This is the second maintenance visit during which I've had an issue with this service center. During my previous maintenance check, I was never advised that my car was ready. Among other things, the service administrator who assisted me that day told me how busy things were. Again I ask, is this center too busy to accommodate walk-in customers? Just let me know. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since the Covington Pike Toyota days (1988). Since that time, we have purchased six new toyota vehicles and one certified one. Why did the center change it's name to Principle Toyota? That name encompasses a lot! More
