Seth fixed my flat tire!! Dropped by with a flat tire in my trunk. Seth ordered the tire; said it might be in late the same day. He called me at home to tell me it got in so late that couldn't have it ready before closing. He scheduled me for an 8 AM arrival to have the tire mounted, the spare stowed, and the automatic pressure sensor reset. Everything was routine and fast - and, as always, polite and gracious. Thanks. I came across Principle Toyota on cars.com and so glad I did! Mary McDaniel helped me out and she was awesome to work with. She was very pleasant, informative and wasn't pushy like other previous car dealers I had encountered. She went above and beyond to explain all the details of my new car to me, scheduled the first appointment to service my car and even called the next day to check in and make sure everything was going great with my purchase. 5 stars to the dealership and to Mary! Definitely changed my opinion on car shopping. More
