No-haggle or hassle experience I always dread going to a car dealership. I must say though that this experience was completely different. Mary only showed us the vehicles that we had requested to see based on our on-line search, not once trying to show us anything else or use typical sales tactics. Rick also helped us in our vehicle selection and showed us exactly wheat we were looking for in a price range we could afford. Jeff Larson was very helpful in getting us approved for a loan at a decent rate. Richard Hadley was very nice and explained all the paperwork and terms in a sensible way, no double talk and confusion. Overall, a very nice experience and would recommend this dealership. More

I had been searching t Hello MY name is Marilyn Buford . I am writing to comment on the wonderful car buying experience that I had at your dealership. I had been searching to buy the perfect vehicle for six months. I had been to other Toyota dealers in this great city because they were closer in proximity. I took many cars for a test drive. ( I was not pleased with customer service or customer interaction from the other dealers.) I did not have to be sold on how great Toyota cars are because I own a 1998 Toyota Camry that is still on the road.. (191,000 miles) . However , I was looking for a dealership with great customer service and the ability to listen to and guide me through the process. I wanted a non -pressured , hassle free experience . Principle Toyota and Mary McDaniel are the greatest ! I talked to Mary McDaniel for months via telephone . I simply did not want to drive the distance .( She even offered to pick me up!) The internet and the telephone were the major sources of communication.Mary Mc Daniel guided me through the entire process. Mary Mc Daniel was SUPER. The day I entered Principle Toyota was the day I purchased the car. (August 31.2015) I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla with all the features that I wanted! The more I drive my car the more I love it! When I am not driving my car I am staring out my bedroom window looking at it!!!! Principle Toyota has a very Customer Friendly atmosphere! I enjoyed talking to everyone that I met. Remember that real Toyota Drivers LOVE OUR CARS. We Just Need A Great Car Buying Experience! I Plan to Keep This Car Forever! Not your typical dealer I am 61 and this is the first dealership service department I have ever grown to trust. They are timely, professional and always friendly and do NOT d I am 61 and this is the first dealership service department I have ever grown to trust. They are timely, professional and always friendly and do NOT do work or even suggest work that is not necessary. The prices are even less than several private shops I have used. My Toyota Sienna is always completed on time and I get a call when it's finished. The service managers treat me as if I am the only customer they have that day. Principle Toyota is one of those places that actually practices real customer service. This is a rare thing these days. I just pray they never change. More
oil change, tires rotated & balanced, check up. Greg Tyler was very professional & courteous. Original time from someone else was 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I asked him if it might be shorter because your Greg Tyler was very professional & courteous. Original time from someone else was 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I asked him if it might be shorter because your chauffer had just left on a run & I had a major headache. He had me out in 1 hour and 40 minutes. I really appreciated that.
