This was an excellent car and Sandeep was able to work a great deal for me. They went the extra mile to take care of my concerns and get my payment where I needed it. I really appreciate the way Sandeep handled my wife and I with straightforward answers and concern for what was best for us. When I asked what it was for, she did not know, only that it was on my bill. I asked her to speak with Shelton. A few minutes later she returned and said it was an error, and had been removed. Everybody was very pleasant, I just wonder how many people this happens to, and how many simply pay it. More
