When scheduling the appointment, I was told that it would take 1-1 1/2 hours which is the reason my and my daughter stayed to wait. I understand that it was busy on a Saturday but I've never known it to take soo long for an oil change. More

I had a great experience. Great staff! I have a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. My back door would not lock. Seth Green explained what was happening with the lock. He explained that the part needed I have a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. My back door would not lock. Seth Green explained what was happening with the lock. He explained that the part needed to be ordered. For a temporary resolution the mechanic locked the door - meaning that I would not be able to open the door. That was fine because I would rather have it locked than open. The part was ordered on Monday. Thursday the new lock was placed and my door lock is working again. I can lock manually or with the key remote. This happened just in time for my church health fair. I can now open and closed my door as needed. Great job!!! Thank you Seth and his team members!!!!!!?? More

As usual, David Sees, called me right back and left a message as to time I could have the oil changed in my 2001 Camry using the coupon for the serv As usual, David Sees, called me right back and left a message as to time I could have the oil changed in my 2001 Camry using the coupon for the service that helps a 87 year old to maintain the car. David has been doing this for me through change of location and now change of name of the dealership. The service is always prompt - I just stay and wait on my car to be serviced, enjoying the friendliness in the waiting room and drinking coffee and eating popcorn provided. David lists the additional services that I need as to which is most important and I have these services done as I have the money to do so. I thank him for making an 87 year old feel like a "valued customer" although I can't always have the service I would like right then. More
