This was an excellent car and Sandeep was able to work a great deal for me. They went the extra mile to take care of my concerns and get my payment where I needed it. I really appreciate the way Sandeep handled my wife and I with straightforward answers and concern for what was best for us. When I asked what it was for, she did not know, only that it was on my bill. I asked her to speak with Shelton. A few minutes later she returned and said it was an error, and had been removed. Service Callback Service could have been better if the service agent returned call from messages left so we could review the other things needing fixed on my vehicle. Service could have been better if the service agent returned call from messages left so we could review the other things needing fixed on my vehicle. Once i called several times to reach them, the initial work I took vehicle in for was completed and they had to pull the car to do some of the other requested work. There were two other items I needed repaired or pricing on that was mentioned on message; however, I forgot them once I was able to reach service agent. I also did not know there was a fee for rotation of tires during an oil change as I've received this service before as a combination. More
