I love my Prius David, the service representative, was extremely responsive. He has great communication skills. These days that's fairly hard to find. The cost of replacing my 12 volt battery was very affordable, the best we could find. I always feel better with my Prius in the hands of Toyota. My service experience 8/2015 The service dept told me that a bulb was out on my driver side mirror. I was having several other things fixed and thought it should be fixed too. When I picked up my car, I was adjusting the mirror and it would not work. Had to wait another 30 minutes to have it fixed. Annoying.
