I had a great experience. Great staff! I have a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. My back door would not lock. Seth Green explained what was happening with the lock. For a temporary resolution the mechanic locked the door - meaning that I would not be able to open the door. That was fine because I would rather have it locked than open. The part was ordered on Monday. Thursday the new lock was placed and my door lock is working again. I can lock manually or with the key remote. This happened just in time for my church health fair. I can now open and closed my door as needed. Great job!!! Thank you Seth and his team members!!!!!!?? More

David has been doing this for me through change of location and now change of name of the dealership. The service is always prompt - I just stay and wait on my car to be serviced, enjoying the friendliness in the waiting room and drinking coffee and eating popcorn provided. David lists the additional services that I need as to which is most important and I have these services done as I have the money to do so. I thank him for making an 87 year old feel like a "valued customer" although I can't always have the service I would like right then. More

However, when I did show up (without an appointment) for my maintenance check up the folks at Principle Toyota's service department not only walked me through the care options I needed to make but also let me know what to expect the next time I come in for continuing regular maintenance. Due to an emergency situation I went to a different service station as my Sienna van developed some AC issues. They said the AC compressor is not working and gave me an estimate. Yesterday (08/05/15) I went to PT for a second opinion and it is proved that my doubt was true. PT confirmed that there is no problem with AC system although they found some other issues that might have affected the AC performance. Although PT is little bit expensive than other service stations, I like to use them because of their quality and trustworthiness. Babu Thomas More
