My wife and I have been having our Rav4 serviced at Performance Toyota for years now, and we have had uniformly positive experiences. I have yet to notice any problems following a service. Moreover, Bob Frederick, my service representative during my last several visits, always explains the needed repairs and other service clearly and without giving a hard-sell regarding any of them, and he consistently contacts me as soon as my car is ready to pick up. All of the reps and technicians we've talked to at Performance have been affable and helpful. More
I came for 1) Oil/filter change 2)RR brake light bulb 3) some noise in the engine. 1) and 2) were taken care of nicely but for the #3 I was told that the water pump needs replacement and for that the d 3) some noise in the engine. 1) and 2) were taken care of nicely but for the #3 I was told that the water pump needs replacement and for that the drive belt will also have to be changed. I was charged $49 just for telling me that. I said I will decide later. I find this charge exorbitant. You are a good dealership. Sushil Kochar More
I took my 2001 Toyota Camry to the Service department yesterday as the Check Engine Light came on suddenly in the morning. I fixed an appointment over the phone and met David at the appointed time. He took an overall look at the car, and then took it inside for a detailed diagnosis of the fault. He was very helpful and diligent in explaining the problem that had occured and the steps that were needed to be taken to rectify the fault. He then went ahead and did the necessary service work and handed me the car back within the time that I requested. I am extremely satisfied with the service and help rendered by David and his team. The only not so good thing about this whole transaction was the fact that I had to face such a problem (EVAP and Emission related problem) with the car that I just bought from the dealer 2 months ago. I've been a customer for 3 years and I've noticed that the service department quality of work is getting poorer. I bought my highlander in 2-3 months ago for oil change and informed female worker th that the service department quality of work is getting poorer. I bought my highlander in 2-3 months ago for oil change and informed female worker that I need them to check the odor coming from my truck they stated that it just my be my brakes since they need replacing. The odor got so bad I bought it back this week and found it was some major repair. It was warranted but I'm upset because I'm sure the tech saw my tire pressure light was low and didn't bother to put air in my tires. Over the years, I've overlooked small mishaps but I'm thinking about going to another dealership who is 100% customer service in customer safety. Oh my truck smells like the shop. I've been taking my Toyota to this dealorship since we moved to this area about 2 years ago. Over the years usually I hate everything about getting my car serviced. At this dealorship I like the way I we moved to this area about 2 years ago. Over the years usually I hate everything about getting my car serviced. At this dealorship I like the way I drive the car in the garage and then go In and talk to the service person at an appointment. Before I moved I was able to make appointments on line but here this dealorship didn't have that ability so I stop in to make an appointment. This has actually been a good thing because I see David and if I have a question can ask him I can at that time. Although he is busy he is patient and takes the time to answer my questions and explains things to me. He also willingly looks up the information on my car to be sure to tell me what needs to be done. Because of mileage some of my maintenance items are out of sync. I have never had him sell me something I didn't need. The tires were due to be rotated and he suggested my husband could rotate the tires. He had talked to my husband at a previous visit. I'm very happy with this dealorship. More
I'm now driving my 5th Camry and first met David Sees many years ago. Since then he has always been my service advisor and he keeps me coming back to Performance for an outstanding service experience. Th many years ago. There is no one more professional than David Sees and he is knowledgeable in all aspects of Toyota service. Not only is David friendly and courteous but he is completely trustworthy. You almost have to experience dealing with David in order to understand just how great a service advisor he is. I can only hope David will continue to be at Performance for many years to come and I commend him to Toyota and to Performance as outstanding in his field. I once had a problem while on the road in Middle Tennessee and, having David's card in my wallet, called him and he helped me get it resolved. Anything I could say about David would be highly favorable. More
