I have been a customer of Performance Toyota since 1981. Not sure how long I worked with David Sees but it has been many years. I always ask for him when I take one of my Tundra in for service. David Sees had been my service department representative at Performance Toyota for over 10 years. David's experience, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism are the reasons that I take all my service at Performance Toyota for over 10 years. David's experience, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism are the reasons that I take all my service work for my family's vehicles (husband, wife, daughter) to the service department at Performance Toyota. Whether regularly scheduled service or unexpected issues, David is always helpful, prompt and thorough. There never are the dreaded service surprises or feeling of high pressure service repair recommendations. When service recommendations are made, they are clearly explained and communicated as to how pressing/critical they are so that an objective decision can be made as to what/when to do authorize them. I have dealt with many automotive service representatives over the years and have not had a better consistent level of outstanding customer service than I have had with David Sees at Performance Toyota. David Sees has been my service manager for a number of years now. He has always been very professional every time I have dealt with him. He's always on top of things when I bring my vehicles to him. I eve years now. He has always been very professional every time I have dealt with him. He's always on top of things when I bring my vehicles to him. I even asked in passing about a future recall for my FJ and he made sure to get the parts ordered as soon as they were available to them and stayed on me about setting up an appointment to come in. His team always does quality work and I never hesitate to take my vehicles to him and will continue taking my Toyota FJ and 4Runner as long as I own them. I know David will be truthful about what service I need and will not try to sell me something I don't need. Thanks David and your team for all your hard work!! More
For many years now (before Toyota moved to this location) David Sees (Service Writer) has been making sure that my Toyotas are well maintained. My Avalon (110k mi) and my Tundra (125k mi) still 'purr like David Sees (Service Writer) has been making sure that my Toyotas are well maintained.
