I am a first time buyer, and have had my heart set on a Scion TC for some time now. Going into a dealorship for a first timer, can be a bit of an overwhelming experience, atleast that has been the feeling Scion TC for some time now. Performance Toyota on the otherhand was fantastic, and each employee we came across made feel taken care of. Jack Barron, was wonderfuland informative about the Scion itself, and Brittany Dawson, even gave me a tutorial when I recieved the keys. She is a keeper. Danny and Tony in finance were clear, friendly and answered any questions that came to mind. All of these people and more made my buying experience a great one, and because of them, Performance Toyota definitely has a new committed follower! More

Haven't been in for a while, since I currently have Hondas, but I brought my son's car in for a repair and some service. I worked with David Sees, whom I always asked for when I had my Toyota. I was reminded of why I looked for David when I owned a Toyota, and why when I buy my next car it will be from Performance. A lot of places can sell me a car, and Honda can sell one that's as good as a Toyota, but I have decided no one can make my service and repair experience as comfortable as Performance and David Sees. FIRST, I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE WITHOUT A WORKING AIR CONDITIONER. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A HARD TIME ABOUT FIXING IT AND THEY EVEN USED MY SERVICE CONTRACT AND WANTED ME TO PAYA DEDUCTIBLE.AND DID NOT TAKE CONDITIONER. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A HARD TIME ABOUT FIXING IT AND THEY EVEN USED MY SERVICE CONTRACT AND WANTED ME TO PAYA DEDUCTIBLE.AND DID NOT TAKE DEALERSHIP OWNERSHIP OF THE PROBLEM.TOOK THE CAR TO THEM AND THEY REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR.FEW WEEKS LATER ,I HAVE NO AIR. THEY DID NOT FIND A LEAK IN AIR CONDITIONER HOSE.I THINK THEY DID AND DID NOT WANT TO ABSORB THE COST OF THE PART, NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.THEY CHARGED IT UP WITH FREON AND SENT ME ON MY WAY, LIKE THEY DID TODAY.... NOW. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE VEHICLE TO CHRYSLER AND CHRYSLER SAYS THEY HAD THE CLAIM AND SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND THEY SOLD ME THE CAR LIKE THIS. DAVID SEES RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME SEVERAL TIMES AND TALKED TO ME BADLY.......THIS DEALERSHIP HAS TREATED ME BADLY FROM THE START. NOW I AM DRIVING A RECENTLY PURCHASED VEHICLE WITHOUT AIR IN 100 DEGREE LIKE TEMPERATURES...I AM A LAUGHING STOCK BY OTHERS AND I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. More

David Sees had the unfortunate job of giving me bad news about the necessary repair to my 2003 Rav4. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. Atta round 11:30 they came and told me that my battery needed to be replaced. At 12:30 I went to find out what was taking so long! The service manager met me at the door to tell me they were done with my car. I asked him what took so long,and to his credit, he was very sympathetic. He did credit the oil change off the bill for my inconvenience, but I don't think anything would have been done if I hadn't complained. He even mentioned the importance of these surveys. I marked that I would recommend this dealership, because I would for the purchase of a new car. I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience than what I experienced at this dealership, but having the car serviced here is over. My time is too valuable to make an appointment for simple service, then have to wait 2 hours! More

I have been a customer of Performance Toyota since 1981. Not sure how long I worked with David Sees but it has been many years. I always ask for him when I take one of my Tundra in for service.
