I have always owned a Toyota and have kept each vehicle in excess of 10 years. In addition to being personable I have found David to be trustworthy and very professional. In my book, these characteristics are assets that businesses need to provide quality service for customers. As a female I have had past experiences at other dealerships where I found out that I had been taken advantage of. During my last visit I had to bring my vehicle back in for a previous repair that needed additional adjustments. David was not in, the power at that location was out, and I was informed that I would be without a vehicle for that particular weekend. Although I was greatly inconvenienced, David made everything right with a sincere apology for the inconvenience. He also took the time to explain the repairs (which he always does) and my vehicle was ready for pickup within a few hours. Kudos to Performance and David Sees! More
