I don't think there was any question that i had, that he didn't have an answer for me. He gave all the information that i needed and he kept his word when it came to service on my vehicle. I so appreciate his customer service. Another person that was very,very, very nice was Doris, she actually worked with me on my rental car. I left feeling like Doris was my sister or a family member, ok maybe that's going a bit to far, but she was wonderful, and her customer service was really great. and i would definitely recommend this dealership for service, if not for the price, then most definitely for the staff. Awesome job, guys. I'll be loyal customer. More
I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership in 2001. The Service Department is top notch, treats you fairly, and does excellent work, in a timely manner. I was originally paired with Bob Frederick and he was delightful, but he left for a few years. At that time, I was paired with David Sees, and David is a consummate professional. He is knowledgable, friendly, tristworthy, and also a delight to work with. He takes care of me and my vehicles. My experience has been so good that we purchased another new vehicle from Performance Toyota this summer. They are my dealership of choice and I highly recommend them for both your next vehicle purchase, and for service. More

Dave always takes care of me. I probably could get some of the work done cheaper, however you get what you pay for. I was very pleased with my experience at Peformance Toyota!! Everyone there Was extrememly helpful, i never felt like I was being pushed into a sale. I found it unacceptable for the 3 1/2hrs it took to put on 4 tires and alinement. Since I had the tires rotated the week before, it should have been brought to my attention that the tires needed replacing on 4 tires and alinement. My 2008 Camry has been having visor issues, the second one having broken down recently. I spoke with Bill in parts at Performance, who told be about the new warranty extension on the visors and said he w one having broken down recently. I spoke with Bill in parts at Performance, who told be about the new warranty extension on the visors and said he would order one for me. Within in hour I got a call from David Sees saying they had a visor for me. An appt. to install it was made for later that afternoon. David greeted me and said it would be about 45 minutes. Well, after about 15 minutes he finds me to say that my car was ready to go. Since they were backed up in the service dept., he took it upon himself to install the visor so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. Before I left David gave me the info I needed to request reimbursement from Toyota for the first visor replacement that I had paid for myself last year. This kind of customer service is typical of Performance and David Sees in particular. He has always been informative and honest, and very good about answering any questions I might have. It's comforting to have a relationship with someone like him at Performance. Thanks again to him for the wonderful service. More
All of the sales team go out of their way to make you a happy BUYER. They make things right, no matter the time of day or night. I would like to leave a wonderful review for two of your employees in sales! Mauricio and Lamonte were fabulous to deal with! I went in the next day without my husband, and Mauricio was already aware of the deal that I made with Lamonte. Both of them sat down and listened to me fully about all of my wants and needs in the new car. Mauricio was immediately finding keys and showing me cars. It was pouring rain out and he was so patient to let me pick the perfect color. He kept switching cars around and positioning them side by side so I could pick the best car! Never even giving it a second thought or making me like a burden. Both men were perfect gentlemen with wonderful demeanor! They treated me and my daughter with so much care and respect. Sometimes you don't get that when you are dealing alone without your husband. Anyways... I want you to know, that it is hard to find great employees that do their job so well! Best buying experience that I have ever had at a dealership, and we have lived in many states across the US. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our family! More
