Jimmy was able to take a very unhappy customer and horrible experience and turn it around. He is a wonderful asset to this dealership. I called back and asked for him based on the reviews given on this website. He surpassed my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed an hour after the dealership closes to get the deal done for us because we had driven 2 1/2 hours to get there. We had two small children and he made sure it was even a good experience for them by giving them balloons and key chains. (you know that goes a long way with kids) I would highly recommend him if you are in the market and I would ask for him specifically. More
