It's me again. After posting several negative reviews and writing to Corporate Toyota, I received my call from Performance Toyota! This time they dealt with me fairly and fixed the problem by swapping my car with a different one. I agreed to pay for the navigation system in the new car and Performance Toyota agreed to take my car back without doing a trade in. I think Performance Toyota has learned its lesson and it no longer deserves my negative review. Let this be a lesson to all car salesmen and car buyers: understand the technology in a car before make a deal!
