When we arrived to pick up the car Steve and Matt explained every facet of the car's performance, took us to talk with the maintenance supervisor who answered every question we had, set up the cell phone interface, filled the car's tank to full, and shook hands all around. One more thing regarding the trade-in; I'd done my research and knew the estimated value of the car; the Performance folks offered me a trade-in value within $500 of my top range w/o any pressure tactics or games. I had additional service done on my Celica including brakes and a catalytic converter. I am very pleased with the outcome on the car, as it drives like it did the day I drove it off the lot in 2002.
