Last week, before purchasing my Camry, I went to several car dealerships in the MidSouth in search of the right car and best deal, but left dissatisfied with their prices, cars, and service. My experience at Performance Toyota of Memphis was a different story. The employess (Jack & Todd) were very friendly and worked diligently to get me the lowest price and best financing. Jimmy was able to take a very unhappy customer and horrible experience and turn it around. He stayed an hour after the dealership closes to get the deal done for us because we had driven 2 1/2 hours to get there. We had two small children and he made sure it was even a good experience for them by giving them balloons and key chains. (you know that goes a long way with kids) I would highly recommend him if you are in the market and I would ask for him specifically. More

Two adjectives come to mind: Outstanding and Excellent! Both Steve Wooten and Tony(manager) worked with us to get the Camry with the exact features I wanted. Since there was not one available exactly Both Steve Wooten and Tony(manager) worked with us to get the Camry with the exact features I wanted. Since there was not one available exactly like I wanted, Steve ordered one for me. It even arrived early. I found them to be very easy to work with. I did not have my time wasted, did not have to play the "car-buying game" or get the "run-around" but found it easy to get down to business and buy a car. When the car arrived, Steve and two techs met with me to sync my phone, explain how to program all the features, and see that it was all working well. We have owned two Tercels, a Corolla, and two Camrys, and all but one was purchased from Performance Toyota. We were extremely pleased with our interactions with Performance Toyota and recommend them highly. We would definitely do business with Performance again and would ask for Steve Wooten! More
