I found Performance only because they had the exact car I wanted on thier lot. I didn't expect they would negotitate to a point that would make it easy for me to drive from out of state to pick up our van. wanted on thier lot. They were straight and to the point on the pricing, and Kim was great when it came to working my angle with her bosses. Once I got to Memphis they had all the paperwork ready to go, and Kim even drove out to the airport to pick me up. There was one little hiccup on having my credit app ready to go, but Christy in Finance was great and got it corrected. I was in and out within an hour and back on the road to Texas. After the sale, Buddy was great in figuring out what I needed to get the car registered and made sure it was sent out overnight to our Tax office. We truly enjoy our vehicle and we're pleased that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. More

Excellent experience overall. Jimmy met me at the door and took me straight to their selection of vehicles I was interested in (Tacoma). After submitting a bad review after a very challenging experience with Performance Toyota, Tray Taylor called me. He spoke with me about what had happened and offered ways to rectify their mistakes. They got me my misplaced manual. I feel like alot could have been avoided, if I had chosen to speak with my sales person, Napoleon, giving him the chance to rectify mistakes himself. Everything was taken care of promptly and I can walk away, saying that I WILL purchase my next vehicle from them. It appears they do strive for customer service more so than I had once believed dealerships do.
