I needed to purchase another car, and toyota was my choice. So I went to performance toyota to browse the selection. I was approached by Mr. Frank Dixon. How may I help you today?" His welcome was very warm and friendly. I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted to do as far as purchasing a car. So we sat down and he was very informative. I really learned a lot that day, things I never knew and honestly needed to be aware of. He wasn't pushy or forceful as far as trying to get me into a car like a normal "overly-anxious, money-hungry car salesman" usually is. He was well aware that I needed understanding and knowledge about cars and the business of it. I left that day very pleased and satisfied and returned two days later to purchase a car from Mr. Frank Dixon. He was very helpful, resourceful, knowledgable and patient. He smiled from the fact that I was pleased and eager to finally have a car that I could be proud of and could keep "until the wheels fall off!" lol. He then introduced me to Joshua Ratchford in financing. Who helped me keep my car notes at an affordable rate. They worked expeditiously to get me in and out and made sure I was totally satisfied.Frank and Joshua were my "diamonds in the rough".Performance Toyota should feel truly honored and blessed to have these two angels as employees.Because I was truly blessed to have them as my team players! Over the past decade I have owned a Nissan Altima, Acura TL, and Lexus IS350. I just bought a slightly used Scion Tc from Sam Kinnare (901-305-0998) at Perfomance Toyota and my experience at Performance To TL, and Lexus IS350. I just bought a slightly used Scion Tc from Sam Kinnare (901-305-0998) at Perfomance Toyota and my experience at Performance Toyota was by far the best of all the previous dealers. Sam Kinnare, my salesman, was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all. He was a pleasure to work with. I have found that a lot of sales people can be very pushy and Sam is not that type of person, in fact he is the complete opposite. I felt that he truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need or want so that he could make an extra buck. All in all, he took care of me from start to finish. He gave me a few follow-up calls after I purchased the vehicle, which he did not have to do, to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend asking for Sam if you want to purchase a new vehicle, he will make the process as simple and as painless as possible. Also, I want to mention Trey, the sales manager was absolutely terrific. After I bought the car I discovered a busted fog light and he replaced this for me for free. I challenge you to find any other dealer that is willing to go that far to satisfy their customer. Trey, thanks again buddy, keep up the good work!
