Bob Fredricks has been taking care of my car since I purchased it from Toyota, he goes well above the call of duty when servicing my car and makes me feel that I am important as a customer. I have called about things in my car he takes the time to listen to me even though I know nothing about cars. My Toyota struts were bad in my car and was under warranty when replacing them they noticed my water pump had a crack and that too was under warranty he replaced it and told me when I picked up my car, he wasn't checking for the water pump but took care of it anyway, that saved me money in the future.
