I went to the dealership with a scheduled appointment and was told that there would be a 2-3 hour wait for service. I stopped bringing my car to this location previous because I had to wait 3 hours with an a was told that there would be a 2-3 hour wait for service. I stopped bringing my car to this location previous because I had to wait 3 hours with an appointment. I asked to speak to a manager to explain previous experience and told that the wait time again would be atleast 2-3 hours. When asked if I could drop the car off the following day to be worked, I was informed no by the receptionist and informed that was against policy. of course was not going to argue with her because she didnt make the rule. Customers shoule be told at the time of making the appointment that there will be a 2-3 hour wait even with an appointment so that they can decide for themselves or prepare to waste half of a day. More

Getting my car at the Principle Toyota was great experience. I got to test drive the car and even take it home for the night once leaving only my deposit on-site. Great service all the way around. I was in the market to replace my vehicle by ordering a new one, which I had put together using the Toyota site. I had reached out to another dealership on line, and they immediately dropped the ball, so new one, which I had put together using the Toyota site. Anyway, It was going to be a long wait for the order, but as it turns out they had a vehicle on the lot that met almost all the criteria which I decided to purchase.
