I came here to sell my vehicle- keep in mind this was probably my 5th or 6th car lot to visit this week. I hadn’t had much luck finding anything something that fit me. In my opinion, five stars is not a high enough rating for my saleswoman, Cassidy Nealy. I inquired about a vehicle online and received an immediate response. She listened to my situation, took notes of the things I wanted to accomplish in this deal, and then went to work. I was able to text her all of the information and photos on my trade and she put together figures for me and within an hour, I knew where I stood. When I arrived at the dealership (which is 4 hours from my home), she had the vehicle filled up, cleaned, serviced, and ready to test drive. She had all of the papers in order, took me to the finance office and in a matter of minutes I was done and ready to drive off. I have been buying cars since I was 14 years old and I’ve never had a better experience than at Principle Toyota. It was well worth the drive and I will continue to do business with Cassidy as long as I’m buying cars, wherever she’s at! More
