Our first go to was Wolfchase Toyota since we live in Bartlett, but we're so happy we decided to make the drive out to Principle Toyota! Garwyne was an outstanding sales rep for the company and created a comfortable atmosphere during the entire sales process. I've bought several cars through dealerships, and it can almost be a dreaded process due to the atmosphere that reps can create. I can't rave about Garwyne enough, and I would tag him if the dealership recognized him as a salesrep on this website. I would recommend this dealership solely on our experience with Garwyne. Peter, on the other hand, almost caused the sale to fall through. My wife and I loved walking into his office (sarcasm), after spending an hour trying to get diplomas (that hadn't been released yet due to COVID), proof of residence, and trying to track down a paystub, for him to say, "Obviously, none of what you provided will work". That really set the tone to a tainted experienced in the finance department. Then, when talking about warranties, he refused to take a "No, but thank you though". To the point of being insulting that we "didn't understand how much computer systems cost", and APPARENTLY we couldn't trust the manufacturer to be on top of their own quality control (I honestly couldn't believe that came out of his mouth). When I have to vocally defend my own choices, and explain to him that as a mechanical engineer that works at a manufacturing facility that I fully comprehend how mechanical systems designs work to a finance manager, it's a bad look. The guy was unbelievably rude. More
