Sienna 2020 I went into the Priciple toyota to Purchase a 2020 Toyota Sienna ...The sales person that sold me the Vehicle was very nice The next week me and my fa I went into the Priciple toyota to Purchase a 2020 Toyota Sienna ...The sales person that sold me the Vehicle was very nice The next week me and my family were driving down the road and all of a sudden the Van stopped while driving so I took the van back to Toyota and asked to speak with management but was denied so another Sales Person came to speak with me and he was really rude and said there wasn’t anything he could do ... I left it with The Service Department after 2 days More lights came on the Dash ..... Im Very Disappointed and Me and My family No longer feels Safe in the Vehicle.... Pleasure to Deal With First let me start by stating that we were forced to look for another vehicle after a careless Memphis driver totaled our pride and joy. This did not leave my wife and I with a great attitude for car shopping due to the loss of time and money. We roughly knew what we wanted and had a list of several dealerships to visit to start the process. Principle Toyota was first on the list, Seth Green just happened to be on the floor when my wife and walked into Principle. We found him to be very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. After a couple test drives and some ball park numbers, we proceeded to spend the rest of the day looking at other vehicles at several other dealerships and found ourselves going back to Principle the next day. We gave Seth a list of the "Must Haves" and the "wants" we were looking for and he put us in exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. Peter Butler was the nicest and easiest finance person we have ever dealt with. Everything was crystal clear, no hidden "add on" irritations, and also Peter has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend giving Seth, Peter, and Principle a chance if your car shopping, you won't be disappointed. More
