I talked to Sandeep about my budget and my needs and he showed me a wonderful used van. We actually had to leave before a test drive to pick up one of our daughters. Our Sales Associate April generated vehicle options, discussed safety features on various models, and delivered an immediate sense of peace as a buyer. Her general care for us as customers was enough to make us want to do business with Principle Toyota. Then when we met Grant, he spent time with us discussing the numbers top to bottom and side to side. Grant laid everything out and was open and willing to discuss anything and everything. Then we wrapped up our experience with Peter as we talked through warranties and financing options. Peter continued the pristine nature of our visit with open and honest discussion about the pros and cons to different warranties and the various levels within those warranties.
